Wayne Madsen, age 64 of Lapeer, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016. Services will be held on Thursday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at the Blackburn Chapel Martin Funeral Home in North Branch where visitation will be Wednesday, June 29 from Noon-8 p.m. and Thursday, June 30 from 10-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to the MICOPS Organization.
