(MARLETTE) — Congresswoman Candice Miller will join over 400 farmers from Tuscola, Huron, Sanilac, St. Clair and Macomb counties for the 12th annual Dinner on the Farm. The event will take place on Monday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Goma Dairy Farm in Marlette. This year’s dinner is being hosted by the Sanilac County Farm Bureau. Congresswoman Miller will hear directly from her agricultural constituents about issues important to Thumb area farmer. Among the issues expected to receive attention are product labeling, the EPA’s Waters of the U.S. rule, immigration reform, foreign trade and the outlook for the next U.S. farm bill.
