Drugs found during two drug raids in Port Huron; Brown City woman arrested

(PORT HURON) — Two homes were raided in Port Huron Thursday night resulting in the seizure of crack cocaine, marijuana, and a shotgun. The first warrant was served in the 3000 block of Avondale Street where around $700 in crack cocaine, marijuana, and drug packaging materials were found. A 12-gauge shotgun was found in the closet and confiscated. A 25-year old man and 27-year old Brown City woman were arrested at the scene. A 43-year old woman was released with her 3-year old child. The second raid happened at a home in the 900 block of White Street. A 61-year old man and 50-year old woman were arrested. Officers seized $400 worth of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia from the home. A 71-year old Port Huron woman was released pending an arrest warrant. All of the suspects taken into custody Thursday face numerous drug-related charges.
