(YALE) — The Yale Police Department is alerting residents to a couple of issues. There have been a series of breaking and enterings over the past several days, in and around the area of Wales Township. The suspected vehicle is reported to be a blue mini-van. The driver is described as a man in his mid-20’s with a mustache and wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. Secondly, there have been reports of scams with callers claiming to be the IRS. Police advise residents that the IRS makes no such calls. Anyone with information on the recent string of breaking and enterings are asked to contact the Yale Police Department at 810-387-4201.
