(LAPEER COUNTY) — Three individuals have been arrested for their involvement in several vehicle B&E’s in Lapeer County’s Deerfield Township. The arrests were made early Wednesday after 5:30 a.m. after a homeowner in the Barnes Lake area noticed individuals wearing dark colored clothing entering vehicles. The homeowner called 9-1-1 and confronted the suspects, who then fled the scene on foot. Deputies responded and took the three, who reside in that immediate area, into custody. Criminal charges are being sought after a significant amount of stolen property was recovered.
