(ARBELA TOWNSHIP) — One person was killed and another critically injured in a single vehicle roll over crash Sunday afternoon in Tuscola County’s Arbela Township as wintry weather that included snow and sleet moved through the state. Sheriff’s deputies say the crash took place just before 2 p.m. after a small pickup truck heading east on Millington Road, lost control on the slippery roadway and rolled over into a water filled ditch. Emergency crews were able to get the trapped occupants out of the vehicle. The passenger, 46-year old Rosanna Brockman, was pronounced dead at the scene. Brockman’s husband, 52-year old William Brockman, was driving. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment, where he remains in critical condition. Deputies say the couple is from Mt. Morris. The department’s accident reconstruction team is investigating the crash.
