Charles J. Frank, Sr., age 74 of Applegate, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016. Services will be held Thursday, March 31 at 11 a.m. at the Pomeroy Funeral home in Croswell where visitation will be Wednesday, March 30 from 4-9 p.m. Burial will be in the Elk Township Cemetery.
