Matt Muxlow announces candidacy for 83rd State House Seat

(BROWN CITY) — Matt Muxlow of Brown City has announced his candidacy for the 83rd State House seat and will appear on the Republican ticket during the August Primary. Muxlow is a 13-year staff veteran of the Michigan House and Senate and currently serves as the Chief of Staff to State Representative Pat Somerville. Muxlow says protecting Michigan’s positive business climate, his 100% support of Agriculture and Right to Life, restoring relief to those affected by the tax law changes on pensions, ending the Obamacare expansion in Michigan and preserving quality education as his key priorities. Matt Muxlow graduated from Michigan State University and earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a member of the Brown City Missionary Church, N.R.A., Right to Life, and many other civic organizations. Current 83rd District State Representative Paul Muxlow cannot run again due to term limits.
