Authorities seize $22,500 worth of cocaine from Port Huron home

(PORT HURON) — St. Clair County Drug Task Force officers seized a total of $22,500 worth of cocaine during a drug raid Tuesday night that started with a traffic stop. St. Clair County road patrol deputies assisted with the stop in the 3200 block of Griswold Road in Port Huron Township around 10:15 p.m. Cocaine was seized at the scene and a 48-year old Port Huron man was arrested. A search warrant was obtained for a home in the 700 block of Oak Street in Port Huron where the large amount of cocaine, other drug paraphernalia, scales, and cash was seized. Authorities say the man is expected to face charges including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, operating under the influence of drugs, maintaining a drug house and habitual offender.
