(SANDUSKY) — McKenzie Health System has upgraded its existing CT imaging system with the VeloCT console from Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. Jay Smith, Diagnostic Imaging Manager at McKenzie says the VeloCT console allows the facility to utilize the most advanced CT technologies without purchasing a brand new system. The VeloCT console includes dose reduction technology and dose management tools, including Toshiba’s third-generation iterative dose reconstruction software, AIDR 3D, making exams safer for patients.
