Elaine Jean Proctor, age 79 of Cass City, passed away on Saturday, November 7. Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 21 at Noon at the Cass City United Methodist Church where visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m.-Noon. Memorials may be given to the Cass City United Methodist Church or Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
