(ELMWOOD TOWNSHIP) — Tuscola County Sheriff’s deputies say a Gagetown man was injured after crashing his farm tractor on Huron Line Road near McGregory Road in Elmwood Township Thursday morning. Deputies say the 72-year old farmer, for an unknown reason, lost control of the tractor while he drove west down Huron Line Road around 10:45 a.m. The tractor rolled over and ended up in the ditch. The man was treated at the scene by MMR ambulance personnel and then flown by Flight Care to St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw. The extent of his injuries are unknown. The Gagetown Fire Department assisted at the scene.
